The location is horrible and the breakfast is even more horrible. After experiencing the slop they were serving once, I skipped breakfast for the next two days. Truly disgusting.

I wish there was internet or a computer for guests to use. Although there was a cheap internet cafe close by, but it would be more convenient to have internet in the hotel.

Citin Garden Pattaya is a quite hotel off the beating path with a execellent staff. Make sure prior to going out for the evening you get a card from the manger with the location of the hotel. It is difficult to find for the average cab driver.

The free WIFI did not work the entire stay, but the manager allowed me to use his personal computer.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, far from the noise of the main attractions in town. It was tucked away in a quiet alley, yet still close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and the rooms had excellent air conditioning. The breakfast had a good variety of dishes every day.

Very good Hotel. All the stuff, especially the girl at the reception during the daytime (ae) and the Manager Mr. Nasser was very, very helpfully and polite, friendly and competent at all the time. The Hotel is a little bit far from the Main Places but they have a shuttle services and it is also possible to rent a motorbike in the Hotel. Good rooms, good bathroom with rain shower, highly clean and efficient room service. Perfect surroundings with free wlan, pool, garden, flawless restaurant with good chef cook and it is quiet and privacy there. Will come definitive back again. Thanks for the good time.

Absolutely nothing.

Location for me was great as I drive and the traffic in the main part of the city can become extreme during the day but this hotel is only a very shot distance from the main highway that can take you anywhere. The hotel was also in a very quiet location added to the staff gave a good feeling of security. I will stay again !

They help you to do everything

Great value for a romantic escape. The staff is welcoming and helpful with their guests. The room was spotless with plush linens, towels and toiletries. The location was perfect for a quieter getaway but still very close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the beautiful pool area.

The common areas were outdated and could use some updates. Breakfast was limited and could offer more options.

cleaners put condom to my room. don't think that it was a good joke. the hotel and swimming pool is smaller than I imagined after the photos.

We were quite disappointed by the room. The hotel is quite far from the beach and the walking street and no shuttle was available as promised in the description.
